Sure. Like almost any other type of paper.

You can't recycle food-contaminated paper such as pizza boxes. I'd say paper napkins fall in that category.

Instead, go with cloth napkins... they don't waste trees, they look better, and you get 'new' ones every time you do your laundry.

If you mean cloth: Yes, you can recycle them into handkerchiefs, flags or scarves, maybe pants for someone small.

If you mean paper: Yes, of course. You can make "yard art" with them, sheetrock patching and, if you flush them, you may be helping an underprivileged plumber to earn an honest wage cleaning them out.

Others: If they float - make small boats for the local primary school; if they sink - leave them where they are and consider them recycled.
