Bisquick is basically flour baking powder, salt and shortening. so if your recipe for naan calls for the 3 of these, i don't see why not. Try this naan.

500 g wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
60 g yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons oil

Mix flour, baking soda + powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs, yogurt, milk and oil, and mix it well with a fork until it makes a firm dough. If it gets to dry add some warm water.
Knead the dough until it gets smooth and elastic, takes about five minutes.
Make it into a bal and wrap it in some plastic foil.
Put it in the refrigerator and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into 12 pieces and roll the pieces into rolls
Pat the rolls flat, about 10 cm diameter.
Warm a large frying pan to medium heat.
Put as many nan- breads as the pan can take into the frying pan.
Bake until they are brown spotted on both sides.
Put the breads over on a plate and serve.

Good Luck

It may be 8 years late but here's the Bisquick Naan recipe.

1 c. Heart Smart Bisquick
1/4 c. Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 c. Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Measure Bisquick into a mixing bowl. Add yogurt and sugar. Blend with fork until crumbly. Create a well in the middle of mixture. Pour milk into well and mix until mixture forms a ball of dough. Coat hands and a surface for rolling dough with Bisquick, and add bisquick to dough so it is not sticky when handling. Divide into three equal parts. Flatten and roll out 3 naans (roughly 10" in diameter) and place on preheated cookie sheet. Bake in oven for about 3-5 minutes, until desired crispness. Heat a large skillet over the stove. Once naan comes out of the oven, place one in the heated skillet for a few seconds until lightly browned. Flip and lightly brown the other side. Repeat with the other two naans. Serve with your favorite curry or other Indian dishes.

Buy naan from an Indian Restaurant or the frozen section at the grocery store. Prepackaged naan in the bread section at the grocery store is gross. It tastes nothing like naan and is more like pita bread. Naan is very difficult to make right.

If you're asking if you can use bisquick to make naan, the answer is no. Naan is a flatbread (no leavening) and bisquick has leavening in it to make it rise. You'll wind up with something more like pancakes.

Unless you have a traditional 'Tandoor' do not try making Naans, they will not come out as good. Buy them at an Indian restuarant instead.
