What is the way to properly sneeze to maintain a healthy respiratory system and nasal passageway?

i want to keep my nasal passageways clear, and i assume that there is a proper way to sneeze to maintain this.

Blowing your nose leads to a clean and healthy nasal passageway.. not sneezing.

Sneezing too often can cause bleeding in your esophagus, ulcers, excessive inner ear pressure and all kinds of problems with your lungs. It's only supposed to be done when there's something in your nasal passage that causes a 'tickle' or needs to be dislodged.

Some people even have such sensitive noses that they can sneeze from sunlight either reflecting off the ground or from looking up at the sun.

The only thing I've ever heard is not to hold it in. If you have to sneeze, let it out. I'm not sure if that's an old wives tale or not. But to maintain a healthy respiratory system, wash your hands frequently and try to stay away from people who are sick.
