If you're however striving to boost you're straight and you are trying to get both hands above the edge, put Vert Shock to the check, a program you will find it here https://tr.im/S9kOb  and provide it a decide to try, you will end up taken aback of how fast you can be an animal hopper in the event that you teach the proper way.
This program will not cause you to jump a large number of situations because Vert Shock was produced and used by true elite stage basketball players.
As it pertains down seriously to it, in the event that you really want to leap higher, you just found the very best program in the world to do so. Every other way might only be a waste of time.

If the weather's OK, then games outside are good if you can get some music sorted.
Musical Islands: It works like musical chairs, but with paper plates or something else they can run and jump on.
Pinatas are good fun; pass the parcel; pin the tail on the donkey...you can buy packs from toys r us...loads of stuff.

if you're inside, get the kids sat down to eat at the table. If that's not possible, then get a plastic decorator's sheet for them to sit on and eat on that. Use disposable cups and plates and then when they re done, the whole lot can go in the bin.

I don't know one kiddie that doesn't like a 'Bouncy Castle'

They are the ultimate party MUST! They keep those cheeky monkeys occupied for hours, & tire them out Just in time for a snooze.........
It'll keep them out of any trouble as they will be having too much fun!!

How bout making it even more fun with FANCY DRESS!

Pirates, Barbies & clowns all jumping around on a Bouncy Castle.......Wicked!

But....No party in complete without PASS THE PARCEL! It'll also give the kiddies a chance to catch their breath!

As for food.....kids rarely eat when having fun so I would specifically make a slot for 'CAKE TIME' (they need to eat but make it fun) They dont want to be pulled away from the FUN Bouncy Castle to EAT!!!!!

Sit them round a big blanket with paper plates, Bring out the cake, sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY & they can all relax, eat their piece of cake & have a drink before they get back to being CRAZY!!!!!!

You dont need to spend a bucket load of money just make it FUN........

Here's a not thought of theme -

Real Life Heroes - Fire, Police, EMT

Contact the public affairs office of your local Police, Fire and EMT departments and see if they have someone who could be a "guest" at your son's party -

Officer Friendly brings a squad car and gives a tour of it's contents etc. And then he could go over what to do in an emergency - or when a stranger approaches them etc. = have each child fingerprinted and such as part of the activity.

Maybe McGruff the Crime Dog could come as a guest.

Or Fireman Fred can bring his personal equipment - helmet, oxy-tank etc. and show the boys how it's worn and what to do in case of a fire.

Or Emmet the EMT guy with a real ambulance - and go over some basic first aid skills.

Maybe there's a drug dog who can visit your house. and his handler could go over what to do when someone offers the kids drugs - what to say and who to speak with about it.

It's a great way to introduce your son and his friends to the real way to handle emergencies - instead of what they see on TV.

As for food: Pizza, pigs in blankets, PB&J, cut fruit bits, cut veggie bits, cake and ice cream - decorate the cake in the police/fire/emt you got to come.

Party bag - again keep with the theme - a badge for police, a small first aid kit (from the $1 store) for EMT etc.

If you do go with the party at home idea after all the usual party games kids love get a huge bag of modelling balloons and just tip the lot out for them(pre inflated) to see what they can make. we did that at my daughters sixth birthday and the kids loved it!

a pinata is always a hit, but for 6 year olds lose the blind fold and make the pinata move on the rope by pulling on it, everyone WILL get a turn and no kids should get hit, bean bag tic tac toe is a great game, make it boys against girls if the numbers are close, or teams of 2 against 2. have a play dough sculpting contest and let everyone vote in a hat, most votes wins, younger kids should team up, older kids by themselves. moon walk houses are noisy, but if you can stand it, great fun for them. try to avoid messy foods, and put out healthy foods where you can like a veggie dip tray with carrots sliced bell pepper (use the colored kind, colors make food more fun, red green yellow) avoid cauliflower, but broccoli is ok, pigs in a blanket with cheese are better than hot dogs on the messy factor, and instead of cake and ice cream, get an ice cream cake, it will be a hit trust me. pin the tail on the donkey, never gets old, use the sticker kind instead of real pins for safety, and a good old fashioned water pistol fight to tire them out just before going home, no super soakers, go to the dollar store and buy 2 for each kid (they usually come in 3 for a dollar packs and break easy) and you should have a good 4 hour event, and lots of happy kids.
