I have Invented ,and already published by the Patent India office, Delhi C.M. Office Knows about it & till date waiting for the reaction / Response from envirounment dept./Ministry.I am not able to Manufacture, What should I do ?

I wouldn't want a cracker with your description. Pollution free? That's not much of a recommendation.

Eco-friendly is good, but the word "Pollution" doesn't sound good even its followed by "free". Consult marketing develop for positive vocabularies.
If I hear about it, I would doubt it because "pollution" is not very well defined. One can say light or sound are pollutant. Gray water is not pollutant, but large amount of gray water is still not eco-friendly.
You need to define those terms. Keep those information on the box and don't use it on the title.

how can it be 100% pollution free? if you're shipping from india, or anywhere, then it's not going to be carbon-neutral. also i'd imagine not all the components of a cracker can be eco-friendly and recyclable.
i remain skeptical
