No, NO, NOOO! And you should tell your parents what the guy said.
No upstanding, responsible adult would make such an offer.
Let your parents take responsibility as to reporting the matter to the proper authorities.
Never go into this guy's house, car, etc. And don't get close enough to let the guy touch or grab you. Don't take any food, drink from him and don't help hunt for or try to catch any lost pets.
Sorry, for the warning, but it is necessary when someone makes a suggestion like "come to my house,,,don't tell your parents".
