It is fine. Just avoid alcohol 2-3days before and after the procedure.

Always ask your doctor and the person who will be performing the procedure. One concern that comes to mind is that of how alcohol thins the blood and could be a concern for the procedure. I'd get medical advice from your physician ASAP, not opinions on here.
