Get checked out.

It may not be anything to do with him having an STD though

You may be allergic to contraceptives, if he used one, or any lube you used

It sounds like an allergic reaction. If there is an itch, use Bene-
dryl which is an anti hystamine and will reduce and then stop
the itching. For the rash itself, use a form of cortesone to dry
them up and help with itching. There's a spray on the
market, Cortaid that works on contact. If this continues, or
comes back after another sexual episode, see your doctor
for him to take a close look, or he may go so far as to take a
culture if it needs identifying. But most likely, he'll know when
he sees' it.

did you talk to him yet??? yes, it can be a variety of things, but it could also be something as simple as an allergic reaction to something you used during sex. people are allergic to latex and spermicide in condoms, lubricants, etc. also, if you used something not intended for use during sex (i have heard of people using items such as regular hand lotions) you may be allergic to the dyes or perfumes. and always, if you are concerned, see a doctor. if you don't have the cash, try going to a local clinic or health unit. they usually do tests for little or no charge.

Did you use a condom? If so you may have a latex allergy. In rare cases ejaculate causes vaginal irritation as well. I'd say go to the doc and have it checked out to be on the safe side.

Book both yourselves in for a sexual health check up. Some sexually transmitted infections are also transmitted in other ways or through non penetrative sex. therefore just because you were both virgins one of you may still have something

This may be awkard but go to a doctor and get it checked out! It may be a allergic reaction to the condom. (if you used one)

you could have a contact allergy to latex (condom) or spermicide (nonoxynol 9)...get some Benadryl (pills to take) and some Benadryl or Cortaid for your skin...(don't scratch and wash with a mild soap)
