No, it just sounds like the poison ivy rash became infected. You should see a doctor, and get treatment. You really don't want any permanent damage down there. -_-;;

I got diagnosed with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 7 years back, when I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know a lot of young ladies will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/llmnS everything got better.
Not only was I able to remove all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my body in less than three weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a packed restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This system provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Poison Ivy is allergic dermatitis; i.e. an allergic reaction. Herpes is a virus. They are two totally separate things and one can not "turn into" the other. It does sound like you have an infection that needs medical treatment, though.

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. I have been with the same man for the past 10 years and within the last year found out that he has cheated on me with numerous women. I am so scared that I can give it to my children by kissing them and them eating with me...I feel like my whole life has changed. And even though the nurses, my doctor, and websites say that a lot of people have it I still feel like I am by myself. My self esteem has dropped and I feel like I have been used up. But now, My life is very happy.

NO. BUT treat it ASAP. Wash your hands because it spreads. Be careful what you touch when hands are contaminated... It would only turn into herpes if you were exposed to it by sex or contaminated hands from someone who does carry the herpes virus.

DUDE, YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR!! NOW!!
It's not herpes, but its still a very important area. You need to take care of anything that even is slightly pus -ish down there.
