Many of your answers sadden me . . .
Did you know that 1 in 4 women have gential Herpes? 90% of the people have have genital Herpes don't even know they have it.
Did you know that using a condom does not fully protect you against getting genital Herpes? It is transmitted by skin-to-skin contact even when there may be no visible symptoms.
Do you realize that you have probably never even been tested for Herpes? Complete STD screenings usually only test for HIV, chlamydia, syphilis, and gonorrhea.
Did you know that having oral sex with someone who gets cold sores (90% of the population) can possibly give you genital Herpes?
With all the possible liabilities a significant other could have - having genital Herpes is pretty insignificant if you think about it.
While it is your choice not to engage in sexual activities with someone who has an STD, I suggest that you make a case by case decision based on all the characteristics a person has before writing them off so coldly.
Practice compassion.

I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about 4 years ago, when I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I understand lots of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date other men again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/cVSSG everything changed.
Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes virus from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks. Everywhere I read it says it stops flaring up so much after time, but its not getting less frequent for her. She's been on Antiviral meds the whole time, too. She also has type 1 diabetes which she has had her whole life, which really weakens her immune system. Will it ever get better?
But after a friend share this video everything has changed.

definite, there is not any longer any. Herpes is led to via a plague. unquestionably, there is little treatment for viruses in recent times. the only element which you would be able to oftentimes do contained while it comes to a viral an infection is develop the immune gadget and need it fights it off. no longer with Herpes, the immune gadget won't be in a position to win against it. as a consequence you purely get to handle the indicators. as quickly as you're contaminated, it keeps to be with you for existence. So don't get contaminated. own adventure. I even have had genital herpes for over 5 years. the #a million Herpes treatment software?

Your answers are very judgemental. Contrary to popular opinion, herpes is generally a) not a big deal physically - hence 90% of those who have it not knowing they have it - b)incredibly common - one in four women have it, just because your std screen comes through clean don't think you don't have it as they don't test you for it - c) not connected with promiscuity, all it takes is one partner and d) far less transmissible for the majority of the time than people think because most of the time the virus lies dormant.
Oh, and condoms don't provide full protection, maybe only 50%, as it is passed skin to skin and condoms don't cover many of the areas where outbreaks can occur. My outbreaks are one blister for a couple of days maybe twice a year. Herpes, unlike warts, is benign unless caught when pregnant near to the time of birth. One form or another of herpes, including chicken pox and mono, is carried by 99% of the population.
Genital herpes is not physically worse than coldsores on the lips (oral herpes). And it is no more transmissible - 80% of the general population have herpes HSV1 the cause of oral cold sores and this is just as likely to cause genital herpes in someone who does not get coldsores if that person is receiving oral sex, as having unprotected sex with someone with genital herpes is.
So are you going to avoid 80% of the population, most of whom don't even realise they are infected with one or the other herpes virus? Do you avoid kissong people who get coldsores even when they don't have one or just when they have one visibly? The risk of catching herpes is just as strong when someone with coldsores has no symptoms as having sex with someone with GH who is not having an outbreak is.
I have genital herpes caused by the HSV1 virus, caught from receiving oral sex from my boyfriend who gets coldsores. He didn;t actually have one at the time. The majority of you have oral herpes, whether you know it or not. Why is having intercourse with me any worse than receiving oral sex from you? Percentage wise I am actually less infectious.
Think about it.

Honestly? I don't think so.
Now, that could definitely change had I developed a strong relationship with them and I was in love with them. But I still don't know for sure.

Fluck no. Thats disgusting. Why ruin your life over one person. I hate those commercials about herpes medication, where one person has it and their spouse doesnt. Personally, I think everyone should get tested, and the ones that are positive, should be marked so we know who they are.
