What could possibly be wrong with me is it a common cold. My temperature is 100 and im coughing up flem and my legs are hurting and im a 44 male.

you have a virus of some sort alright. Take tylenol for the body aches, drink tons of fluids, take Mucinex for the chest congestion and get lots of rest, you can also use Zicam nasal swabs to shorten the life of the virus. Get lots of rest.
If your fever goes over 102 it would indicate a possible secondary bacterial infection and then you should see a doctor for antibiotic therapy.

you could have the flu, it is not uncommon for every muscle and joint in your body to ache.
