Then she did not respect the fact that you had respect for yourself. A lot of girls if the issue isn't talked about and planned the right way it may be perseaved as you thought she was dirty or easy and maybe got around, but it should have been something she was more than willing to do if she was ready to go that far. although testing is good you stil need to be aware that not all STD's like aids can be detected right away HIV doctors say has a 6 month window when it will show up and that is 6 monthes from each time you sleep with that person.,but it can take up to 10 yrs before a person shows they have the AIDS virus. so I say I rather be safe than sorry and wouldn't appologise for nothing. there is nothing wrong in you asking her to do that and i guess that shows you how far her love for you went.

Getting clinical tests is a sign of love and wanting the very best for the both of you.
The best thing should be getting n STDs test done together.
all couples should do this before begining a sexual relationship. You don't want any surprises right?

while i commend you for bringing her to the clinic, i wonder how you presented it to her. if you made it seem like this was some kind of test to prove whether or not she was some dirty whore, then yeah, i could see why she broke it off and i don't blame her. did you offer to go together and BOTH get tested? anything less than that would have probably been interpreted the wrong way. this is such a sensitive topic, and if one does not handle it with sensitivity, then bad results are to be expected.

Good then, forget that slut! You are doing the right thing man. Take care of yourself. I know it sounds silly, but one day you are going to be with someone that you want to be with every second of the day. The last thing you want to do is have an STD and possible hurt that person.

The protection is not only for her, but also for you. ALWAYS use protection until you are married. And that is after you BOTH get checked out for STD's.
Not married (and with some even married), your 'friend' could be having sex with others, and not tell you.

Well you do want to stay safe and know if the girl you are having sex with has a infection or something, but you should have talked to her about it first.

Then I'd say you missed a bullet. You should be thankful. NEVER have any unprotected sex. Condoms are your friend!!!
