The answer is...Only a Doctor can tell you.
My advice to you is lay off the sugar....really, lose it completely, you don't need it. Instead use sweetener, you will probably feel better just doing that! I also note you say nothing about peeing all the time, especially waking at night with a bursting bladder and thirst to match. And although you mention a yeast infection, you are not sure. If you had diabetes, you would have recurrent yeast infections....
Diabetes develops at any point in life. But risk factors include family history and obesity. (Type 1 until your 30's to 40's and then usually type 2 thereafter) However, that said, diabetes can be a very real potential problem if there is a family history. So If you feel there is a real possibility, please go and see your Doctor. To wait risks your health.

If you weren't born with type 1 diabetes, then at the age of 14 it's pretty unlikely you have developed type 2 diabetes, even if you eat a lot of sugar. A poor diet is one of the causes of type 2 diabetes in later life, so getting that under control now will help you prevent getting it in the future.
Are any of your close family diabetic?
The symptoms you described could be caused by a huge amount of things.
If you are really worried see a doc for a test that will determine if you're diabetic.

im 14 too, and you have the EXACT thing i have. But, it could possibly be insulin reistance, which is pre-diabetes, and i have that. Go to your docotor and get your tyroid checked along with your insulin. It's better to catch it now, then have to poke yourself with a needle everyday. I don't have to get my blood sugar checked every day, im just on pills. Usually, this occurs between 11-16 year olds.

my bro has it. when he got it he went pee a-lot. he lost weight and got dizzy. go to the doc. and ask for him to check your blood suger if it is high you will be at a very high risk of having it. light headed is dizzyness. get a meater.(blood suger tester) it is a neadle that pokes you and makes you bleed 1 drop of blood. (does not hurt.)put it on test strip and see if it high or low (high is 180 or higher and low is 68 and lower) . if high test your ketons.well for 1 it looks hard to have but if you take care of your self and your dibetes you well be fine.it is like you dont eaven have it. oh and you need to give medicen to self a lot to but dont worry about that because you probaly dont have it
hope this helped
