okay well i really suck at knowing what foods can help me lose weight and what foods i gotta have and what exercises burns fat from certain parts of the body and blah blah blah..lol
so heres the problem....
i have alot of fat on my everthing but mostly my back...and i need some good diet plans as in like what to eat a day and exercises i can do..i need to lose some wieght because im getting fatter by the minnute plz help me..lol
p.s..i heard of this thing callled a three day diet where it tells u what to eat each day and when to eat it..if u had some i deals like that itd be great..also i friend of mine said a eating ONLY pork rines and water burns fat?

Okay well I did the Fat Smashers Diet, you know the one on VH 1 Celebrity Fit Club with Dr. Ian? Yup, that one worked for me, mainly because I liked all the foods he said I could eat. I like how he broke everything down.
My best friend tried The Oriental 7-Day Quick Wieght-Off Diet by Norvell.
My boyfriend is into color therepy and he says that red helps you lose weight, so when you work out try wearing a red shirt to help sweat off the back fat. Jogging is a good way to lose weight and you can do it at your own speed. You can make up your own goals. Like you could say your gonna run 1/2 mile and walk back for the week, and then move up every week, until your just running like 5 miles and not walking back. I hear running is rewarding. Personally I like dance work outs, I just told someone that I lost 20 pounds working out to the belly dancing twins DVD's. Those were so much fun to do that I forgot I was even working out.
