There will be 40 minors all gathering at Venice beach. we have 3 adults. and we need sum space for all the people of course so with all the people and music and food etc

do u need the beach's permission?

No you don't a beach permission for a beach party at Venice Beach if you only have around 40 people, but it's better to get all the consent form signed from all the minor's parents for liability issue. And you probably need more adults (5-6 adults) to oversee all those minors.

It is a Venice beach? No, you do not need the beach's permission. Just maybe have all 40 minor's parent's sign a piece of paper for access to the party. 3 adults? 40 minors? Does not sound good. I suggest 1 more adult.

By the sounds of how many people ypu are having I would say yes, if you go and type into yahoo your beache's local coucil and check it out, if still not certain ring them up.

If it's very largescale then yes you do, a small gathering should be no problem.
