Teen house parties. HELP!!!?

Question

I really want to have a house party this summer!
I have a huge garden, and a chill-out room in the garden. With a pool table, stereo, tv, dance mat etc.
What other things can I do?

I'm also worried about the music, my friends listen to different types e.g. some listen to rock and others listen to r'n'b. How do I make sure everyone stays happy with what they're listening to?

As for the music, have each person bring a CD and mix them up.

You don't have to worry too much about other things to do... what u have there is great... people will mostly just be hanging around and talking. be sure to have lots of different drinks and snacks available. make a punch or w/e. keep the stereo going and tv on a channel like mtv the whole while. the best thing about music is to burn a few cds with total mixes or every kind of music. that way, everyone will eventually hear a few songs they like. try not to worry, it sounds like its going to be great. kids just some to be around each other and talk more than to be entertained. another suggestion might be to have like a bonfire going (if ur having it at night). good luck with everything!

you're saying you have a lot of space, if i were you i would hire a DJ and make different atmospheres you could always separate them using this huge garden curtains they sell at home depot and all home decoration stores. get some light system, if you want a fun ending throw some soap bubbles, don't use smoke it smells and is annoying for the eyes..

You should make a CD mix with a Little of both and I think you'll be fine on activities

go with rock, all others can deal with it. if parents aren't home-------you know what to do. and also that guy up top has never got any.
