It depends on what part of the dolphin you are serving: the snout, the fin, the tail, or the blow hole.

My personal fav is the blow hole, in which case I prefer a watercress salad with pine nuts and balsamic vinagrette. For extras, I would go with fava beans and a nice chianti.

I am amazed at the number of respondents who fell for your question. if you can even find dolphin I would be amazed once again. However, the best soup to serve with dolphin would be "your head in a vice" soup. A little runny, but a lot of vitamins and protein. As for the salad, I recommend fresh greens with a chimpanzee urine flavored dressing. I believe that each would compliment the dolphin. Of course, you may have a bit of a problem finding all the necessary ingredients, especially for the soup. Bon apetite!

Oleg, you silly goose. I'd say dolphin noodle soup and dolphin caesar salad goes pretty well with your dolphin main eentry. Dont forget the D1 steak sauce (the D stands for Dolphin).

Personally, I'd go with a light soup and with no seafood in it. That might be overkill. A French onion would be good. And a mixed green salad with a balsamic vinaigrette and feta crumbles. Dolphin's sweet-ish, so you want a tang to balance the meal out.

Forget the soup & salad. Have you ever tasted PANDA!? Think about it, your guests can get a little surf & turf action going on! And man, is it delicious!

I'm guessing you mean the fish more commonly known as mahi mahi. Are you grilling it?

I would do a green salad with tomatoes and Vidalia onions since both are in season right now with a simple vinaigrette. And maybe some avocado.

I especially like fresh, grilled pineapple slices with grilled fish.
