Classic margarita: tequila, lime juice and Cointreau (unless you can get hold of Triple Sec): Salt the glass rim and serve over crushed ice. You can make fruit margaritas by putting above mix in a blender with the fruit of your choice ( Strawberry and peach both work well). Nothing, but nothing is more Mexican.

Mexican Flag:
1. split three red chili's down the center, keep the seeds inside. toss the chili's and seeds into an inexpensive bottle of vodka. chill in the freezer for 2 days.
2. Fill a shot glass with the peppered vodka. have them take a shot and suck a suck a slice of lime right after. (red, white and green)

try a margerita or for a real ethnic mexican drink take a measure of tequila and add a teaspoon of cocoa powder stir vigorously and serve with some jalapeno peppers. (I just made this one up)
Take some peppers and deseed them, fill with whipped cream and a small blob of raspberry jam. Mexican heaven.
you may find you have to make up some cocoa with water to get it going, just enough to turn it from powder to liquid. Add a squeeze of lemon if you dare It's called Donaldo's Dream.

Mix one bottle of Irish whisky with one bottle of Russian Vodka, tell them it is tequila, no one will know the diff. That is what bars might do if someone orders tequila and they do not have it behind the bar.
