Sorry can't help.
I just went on the net and it said that a company in San Diego went bankrupt in 1990 but another one could be taking it's place.
Look it up ..... blue crab suppliers riverside country san diego ..... you might be able to find more than I did.
I come from New Zealand .... don't know what a blue crab is.
Good luck.

DELAWARE!!!
Just kidding. I feel your pain. I couldn't imagine living without them!!!! I do know of one place that will Fed Ex them live or steamed anywhere in the country, but they are expensive. But, hey, what else you gonna do????
Here's the site:

However, nothing beats sitting on a dock all day with a chicken neck tied to a string, getting sun burnt and then listening to the crabs hiss when they hit the boiling water then smothering then little F-ers in Old Bay.....
mmmmmm......
I hope you come back to visit the East Coast real soon. And I hope you find your crabs out there!

Sorry I can't help you. I just had some huge ones Saturday night. One of the benefits of living in Maryland. Don't be jealous, you have all that beautiful weather and all those great beaches.
