The waist is another area of interest.
I am not able to jump around as my lower back goes out occasionally.

Belly- crunches
Butt- just squeeze them until it burns
Underarms- Put your arms behind you and form a 90 degree angle with your arms. Like a backward pushup.

Try to hit each muscle in your body during a week. Two body parts a day is recommended. You cannot spot reduce fat.

Its not isometric, but the best is probably walking.
