Some of it is real good
Some really sucks.
Adobo, Pansit, Lumpia, Kare-Kare, Sinigang, longisa, even Diniguan sometimes. all yummy
Balut, yuk.
tuyo, smells the place up for days
and I am a white american who was a chef for 12 years, married to a filipina for 12 years, and cook all the foods above that I like.
Even worked in a filipino restaurant and grocery store for a couple years in my younger days

White as rice
Philippine food is great, lumpia, adobo are some of my favorites
Egg rolls ar Chinese

I'm married to a Filipina. Overall, their food sucks. Pancit noodles are very good, but they only cook it for weddings, birthdays or special ocassions. Most of the food tastes like leftovers. In Philippines, they eat dogs, unborn chicks, mole crickets, and wood borer worms. It then goes downhill from there.
