Yes! Go for a walk- long walk will bring your sugar down (trust me I know that illiness very well) Stay away from candy of all kinds-ice cream too. Drink a lot of water. And try herbs redemies.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/5yEBx
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

I've had diabetes most of my life and I had headaches constantly for almost 3 years heres what works:
*drink small amounts of water constantly (one cup per hour), overloading with water will just flush it out of your system
*your headaches are caused by hypovolemia, you urinate sugar to rid it from your body, your body dumps its water and blood vessels constrict to adapt to the dropping volume, causing tension headaches
*you can't completely fix this without meds, sugar needs to come down then you'll be OK
*Try a tension headache over the counter med and be aggressive with your health care provider to get these sugars down
I know what your going through its hard, You'll be fine with diabetes meds, try neck rubs too.

Whatever it is, it's certainly not as described by EMT-P. That's the biggest load of twaddle that I've heard in a long time.
When you urinate, your blood volume does not decrease.
Addendum:
Maybe it was just someone trying to be clever and use words that they don't know what they mean.

High blood sugar is almost always associated with headaches as well with blurry vision and a big thirst.
