Sort of. There are catagoies of vegetarians. The problem your likely running into is that not all people consider "Non-red meat eaters" vegetarian, so the vegetarian catagorizations often leave these people out. I've listed what would probably be one of the most liberal (read "open") interpretation of the vegetarian catagorization system. The first two catagories are probably the most appropriate to what you are asking.
Ovo-lacto-pesca-pollo vegetarian -- Eat eggs, dairy, poultry, and fish, semi-vegetarian diet
Ovo-lacto-pesca vegetarian-- same minus the poultry, semi-vegetarian diet
Ovo-lacto vegetarians-- This is probably the first catagorization of "Real" vegetarians (depending on who you talk to). They don't eat any meat, but eat dairy and eggs.
Ovo vegetarians -- eat eggs, no meat
Lacto vegetarians-- eat dairy, no eggs or meat
Vegans --Eat nothing containing animal products,. There are actually several degrees of this.
There are other combinations, but these are the most common. There are also other groups such as fruitists and raw foodists that restrict dietary choices and are often associated with more classical vegetarianism.

Europeans, Asians, Greeks. Americans and Canadians eat the most meat of any country. I am an omnivore and I've found it's very difficult to be a vegetarian in America. Health food is quite expensive and often hard to find. Americans are not compassionate, problem-solving peopl, who can come to a compromise; therefore, it is very difficult to be an herbivore. Most families can not afford to lack protein in their diet.

An omnivore. Anyone that consumes both plants and animals is an omnivore. By the way, there is no such thing as a semi or demi vegetarian. There is also no such thing as a pisce or pollo vegetarian.

Yes. Pesco-pollo vegetarians do not eat any red meat but eat fish and poultry. Pesco vegetarians only eat fish; pollo vegetarians only eat poultry. But they are not truly vegetarians; REAL vegetarians eat no meat whatsoever.

Fence sitters.
Just kidding, As far as I know they are generally just referred to as vegetarians.
I am a lacto ovo vegetarian, which is latin for milk and eggs. So if you know latin you could probably make something up.
