Jambalaya is one such rice dish with sausage slices, shrimp.
Gumbo is a peppery soup with shrimp, sausage slices, okra, rice.
I like the Shrimp etoufee.......yummy! though this might be cajun.
I am not sure which is creole and which is cajun.
