best stroke hospitals in Tampa?

My Father has had what they are calling a TIA. He is in a community hospital outside of Tampa but is there a better hospital that handles stroke patients? They want to run some tests but they have to wait until Monday when someone is available and that worries me when they have not identified his damage.

I have to give high marks for Tampa General Hospital.
