Whenever I get agitated/angry, or excited, revved up, I notice tingling in my arm/hand/feet, and start to just feel different, sometimes get some chest sensations. All of this worries me.

Is this just a normal reaction to stress/anxiety, and adrenaline/hormones are being released,

or could this be a sign of an underlying problem, or high blood pressure, or that im taxin my heart and cardiovascular system?

Either way I'm worried.

But I've been to the doc/ER countless of times in the last year, had bloodwork, ekg's and they say they're totally normal.

When u get excited, Adrenaline is released in the body causing sweating &/or tingling sensation in the limbs. For the same reason, the heart beat increases giving u a feeling of a queer sensation in the chest. All this is normal & physiological. Excessive Adrenaline may cause blood pressure 2 rise but it will come down 2 normal when ur emotional situation returns 2 normal.
Nothing 2 worry.

I think you need to take your dog to the vet. It could be a stroke or she could have gotten into some thing poisonous. Look around the house and yard and see if you see something out of place. If she did then maybe you can check the poison info on the bottle or call a poison control center for some help. Either way it would be helpful for the doctor. I don't think a trip to the vet will be cheap but if you tell them what you can spend a good vet will tell you if it's enough to help or give you home care suggestions.

Are these symptoms bothering you in your daily life? If so, it's time to explore.

First, I'd see a psychiatrist because these attacks sound like panic attacks. If the doctor disagrees, I'd visit an cardiologist. Insist on more extensive testing. Lastly, if no one finds anything, see a diagnostician. He's trained to look at all the bits of puzzle and assemble them into a coherent picture.

This sounds like a normal reaction to adrenalin. So long as your resting heart rate and blood pressure are normal I wouldn't worry about it.

Perhaps a therapist would be of value, a few sessions???

Or an anti-anxiety medication may work...That is assuming you have a very good internal medicine doctor and lots of blood work, and may have seen a neurologist.

good luck to you

it happens to me too, but my doctors said it was all normal. its a reaction to the feeling. i would say to go to a different doctor, and compare what each doctor said, just to be sure.
