Yes, all that blowing has abraded the very thin lining of your nasal passages. Should go away once you stop blowing.

If you are young and growing it is not at all uncommon to have nose bleeds. Don't worry about it. You have just popped a little capillary in your nasal passage.

That is quite common when you have a cold...everything in your nasal passage is irritated....

You may have a sinus infection (or dry sinuses - nasal sprays can aggravate them).
