you might try eating a diet that's lower in simple sugars and/or cutting down on your caffeine intake. If this doesn't make the symptoms go away, be sure to talk with your doctor.
I also eat about 6 small meals or snacks daily.

Go to the link below to learn more about it. Let your doctor do the tests needed and they should help you figure out what to do. You won't need insulin, and if you have it it will be up to your doctor whether or not you should test your blood sugar. As for diet it has to be balanced in a way to prevent blood sugar drops. Normally several small meals or three main meals and snacks will prevent any issues.

A person that suffers from hypoglycemia most of the time will control it with extra carbs. Some times he/she will need special meds but no insulin. He/she has too much insulin naturally.
A doctor will be able to tell you what to do after a blood test.

hyperglycemics take insulin(people with diabetes) hypoglycemics should eat small and many meals a day so as to keep their sugar levels normal. drink some fresh juice or eat a chocolate if you feel dizzy. even just eating sugar can help.

it depends, there are 2 types of diabetes.
one is controllable with medication.
the other one will need to take insuline.

when diabetic, the body can not regulate the amount of sugar in the blood. too high and it will cause damage to organs, to low and it will deprive them of food.

people with diabetes have to use insuline to regulate the sugar levels. insuline only makes sugar levels go down, eating makes it go up. therefor they inject after every meal or snack. they usually have a sugarmeter on them to make htem able to test their sugar to know if they need to inject something or eat.

i dont know what its like to live with since i dont have diabetes, my sister does. nowadays you can get very old with diabetes. if you learn to handle it well. youll need to get to know how your body reacts to food and insuline in different moods (rested vs not rested, angry vs calm etc.) Not handeling your sugar levels well can lead to complications, ranging from amputation of limbs to blindness.

I used to have a gym teacher with hypoglycemia. Like diabetics, she had to watch her sugar intake. And if she got a craving for sugar, she would eat a steak instead.
