nicotine, like alcohol, I believe only stays in your system for 24 hours after your last cigarette.

What kind of blood test? Like a drug test? Alcohol is hard to detect unless you've had it to drink that day on any kind of test.

alcohol definantly!!!!!!!. i am not so sure about nicotine. i am sure it does if the dr. is looking for that. the blood doesn't lie!!! it will tell the dr. anything he is looking for.
