A lot of people are saying that this sounds like genital warts, but it sounds more like genital herpes to me.
Genital herpes causes large, PAINFUL, red, swollen blister like sores. They can open and puss and then eventually heal. Genital herpes sores are VERY painful, especially during the first (or initial) outbreak.
Genital warts are usually small, flesh colored, and are not painful. They can be annoying and itchy, but they are usually not painful.
Did you get a blood test or pap smear by chance when you went to your doctor? A blood test can determine if you have genital herpes and a pap smear can detect any abnormalities on the cervix caused by HPV (the virus that causes genital warts). It's also a good idea to have a physical exam when you have sores present. The most preferred way of diagnosing genital herpes is by a physical exam of the genital area.
Good luck to you!

The symptoms you are describing sound like genital herpes, especially if this is your first outbreak which can last up to around 2 weeks.
A urine test will not test for herpes, you need to have an exam while you are having the outbreak or a specific blood test that screens for herpes.
Try using a warm washcloth on the infected area and tylenol or aleve will help with the pain. do not touch the blisters or try to pop them.
If your ob/gyn doctor can't see you, try a local clinic or if all else fails the emergency room. Herpes is not curable but there are some medicines that help with the symptoms.
Good luck.

Haven't been through it but have seen what you describe many times. You do need to see a Dr. This is NOT always herpes....sometimes it is an infected cyst. You need to be looked at either way. Go soon, both conditions can get more tender and uncomfortable. No intimacy till then.

The bumps could be genital warts, which are caused by HPV. Your doctor should be able to give you some creams to use at home, or there are also in office treatments they can perform. The bumps could also be herpes. The best way to find out is to go see your doctor. Your doctor should be able to tell you what exactly you have just by looking at the bumps. Good luck!

sorry to say but painful blister like lesions on your inner vagina is most likely genital warts...I would go see the doctor and let he/she look at the lesion...they would have to do a pap smear on you to know for sure and test for High and Low risk HPV....but most doctors will know once they see it.
