I think you might be looking for a persons BMI (body mass index). It's a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.

It's 100 lbs for 5'0 after that you add 5 lbs for every inch. So i'm 5'8 my 'good weight' would be 140. Go to amifat.com and look for the chart or you can go to an even better site http://www.inch-aweigh.com/bmi.htm. always keep in mind how active you are. The scale for 'good weight' isn't accurate. Someone could be a supposed 30 lbs overweight but be in great health, look amazing, but weighs more because of muscle mass.
