How about some other blue drinks?
Papa Smurf: 1 blue Popsicle, crushed
8 oz red Kool Aid
4 oz vodka
Mix and chill vodka and Kool Aid. Crush blue Popsicle and add to the mixture. The crushed Popsicle should settle to the bottom of the drink, making it appear as a blue layer on the bottom and a red layer on top.
Blue Hawaiian: 1 oz light rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz cream of coconut
2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
Blend with crushed ice until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses
Blue Martini: 1 part blue Pucker
1part Absolut Citron Vodka
Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon

Blue lagoon is my favourite cocktail! Here's how I do it:
2 shots vodka
2 shots blue curaçao
Top up with lemonade
You can serve it with ice (crushed ice is best) and either a lemon slice or cocktail cherries with a cocktail umbrella

I love this! I make it with blue curaco, vodka and lemonade. It's also really nice if you use orange juice in place of the lemonade. Think it's called a Green Witch - hence the colour!

I'm not sure if you mean a tropical lake... Run your bath, and place your potted plants around the sides of it.
But if you are going for romantic, stick a centre piece of flowers on the dining table, put the candles ready, and prepare some music for the background. Hope your significant other likes it..
