I got a 51 years old classmate on my first year Med Proper...
(but he didnt make it on 2nd year by unknown reason)

I guess you are not that old enough.

A lot of people change careers late in life and go back to school when they are older than 39. I know graduate students in their fifties. Many schools even have programs specifically geared towards older students.

No, you're not too old. :) If it takes 10 years to complete, you'll be 49. In ten years, you'll be 49 anyways.

People are working longer these days, so you know what? Go for it.

do it do it do it...I was 30 with a dead end job, hated it, was not making much money, and life honestly sucked. I put my nose to the grindstone, went back to school, became a nurse, and my whole life changed!!! DO IT!!
