Yep, that cake looks like it would be a good $100.

I make my kids cakes all the time...they turn out pretty good. I made my daughter a barbie one, my son's had his photo on his (edible paper) and my other son had a Spongebob cake and I bought the toys for atop and bought sool stuff at the cake store and it was a lot cheaper and tastier too!

I'm not a professional baker, but I know enough about cakes to tell you that is a very expensive cake. It also depends on how large you want it to be.

I think this is a cake from "The Cake Diva" I'm willing to be it would be several hundred dollars. It takes hours to cut all the fondant and arrange it, not to mention the structure being built.

It all depends on where you are and how many you want it to serve. In a big city, you can probably expect to pay a minimum of $5/serving because of the fondant, the shape and the handmade flowers.
