First call your pharmacy and tell them your situation. If forms are not available call your Doctor's office and explain to them. Most all life saving medications are available through the drug companies. You'll need to apply and one of the above should have forms or know where to have you go to get them. Also, ask for temporary help for your insulin until you get set up. I wish you the best of luck with getting this worked out immediately!

Depending on your financial situation, you may be eligible for income based services.

Check with your local hospital to see if they know of any income based dr's or free clinics on the area.

I go to a wonderful free clinic here in Huntsville, AL - the entire staff are volunteers and the meds are all free... even the testing supplies and test strips! I'm sure there is something like it near you!

I learned about it at the hospital where I was first diagnosed.
