Boiled meat and rice is not a balanced diet and will lead to severe health problems if fed over time. It is ok for short periods of intestinal upset and that is all. It is actually more difficult and expensive to cook for your dogs. They must have the right balance of protein, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals. If they are not in balance, the dog will suffer. Feeding an inexpensive dog food for now is better than cooking. You might ask the local humane society to help you out with food.

Hi, I think your priorities are out of line here. If you can not afford to take care of your dogs then you need to place them into homes with people who can. If I was to broke to feed my dogs I would be cutting some corners in other places. My internet bill and cable bill would be the first to go. Your priorities are with the living creatures you bring into your life. Have your cable shut off or your internet or something else and take care of the dogs or take them to the shelter or find them another home.
If you can't afford to buy dog food, then you can not afford to cook for the dogs either. This is not about just sustaining life here. Your animals need to thrive.

You're disgusting. If you care the least bit about your dogs, call the Humane Society/ASPCA, some church, anyone, and turn the dogs over to them. Then, the sick one can be healed and the other 2 can live a great life WITHOUT you. Then, do the world of dogs a favor and NEVER get another one until or unless you suddenly have enough money to care for them properly. And no, you don't feed dogs to dogs, well or not.

I know(or at least hope) that you are attempting to be cute with this question. Killing the sick dog and feeding it to the others is in it self a sick idea. Hope that in reality if you own any dogs they are all healthy, happy, loved pets. If, on the off chance that you are serious take your dogs to a shelter so that someone who really cares about animals can take care of them and find them deserving homes.

What are the symptoms of your sick dog?
You can cook for the other dogs. Food is food. If you are really destitute, don't let caring for the dogs take away from your own survival. Give them to the humane society.

You should really, really consider taking your dogs to the SPCA . They take care of all their medical problems and then put them up for adoption. They have strict adoption requirements, so you can be sure they will find a good home.
It's just not fair to the dogs that you can't even feed them. Don't keep them for selfish reasons. I know it will be difficult to give your pets up, but it's for their own good...and yours, so you can have enough money to care for yourself. Give them a chance at a better life with regular food and medical care.

Well if your so broke ...dont make the poor dogs suffer..take them to a shelter or SPCA wher they will be feed and taken care of....!!! they didnt do anything to go hungry and remain sick....if you have 3 dogs you must love them right?....they dont deserve to go hungry and being sick and not being able to say anything bout it.
And if you can cook and feed tem something...pls do so..at ;east its food. and take the sick dog to a charitable animal clinic or SPCA they will treat it for free.

you said that one of your dogs was ill. That mean that dog can't eat normal food, agree?. About normal dog may be you can cook something for them. but for the one that ill, if you can't bring him/her to see vet you should do as answer 1 said. - -'?

WHY do you have dogs if you can;t afford the look after them?? for your sake & their;s your better off getting them good homes or take them to the SPCA
