No, I have no scapegoat. I am the only one who can end my suffering, and I am usually the one responsible for it - whether through misunderstandings or wrongful assumptions. However, I don't "blame" myself or anyone else. Blame will do nothing but cause more suffering.

If there is no suffering then there is no life. There is none in the world who is not suffering from anything at all.
Whom should I blame for we humans are imperfect and the world is imperfect and so suffering is perfect to realize that. Fact is suffering only turns us wise. How? We stop relying on temporary and perishables stuff and turn ourselves to know the eternal by means of self relization or God realization

Fact is suffering is not drainind us but worry is. Suffering is normal but worry is always optional.

Each suffering is a shock treatment to turbs us towards Almighty for eternal Bliss.

Myself..

I am ultimately the one responsible from whether or not I am feeling good or not..

Pain and suffering(physical) can be caused by many things including things I have no control over (i.e. accidents) these accidents can be cause by someone else but it is still my responsibility to find a solution to my pain and suffering whether that be pain killers until injuries mend or surgery's etc. to fix the injuries it is my responsibility to seek out and get the treatment even if someone else is paying for it..

Pain and suffering (emotional) is also my responsibility, no matter the cause it is up to me to find the solution...

When you blame someone else for your problems you are only delaying the fixes. Take responsibility for yourself and change what needs to be changed, fix what needs to be fixed, or leave behind who needs to be left, in order to end your own pain and suffering..

I have watched too many people spend entirely too much time blaming others for pain and suffering they can easily end themselves if they just take responsibility..

I don't know. When I blame God, I blame him for 'not' doing things (not stopping the things that cause my suffering) rather than for directly causing my suffering. I blame myself, and others, and generally 'bad luck', and society for my sufferings. Satan could get blamed too, I guess. Why not? I also blame my parents sometimes - even though they are mostly fantastic parents and I am really lucky.

There are definitely wrongdoers in the world. They are found everywhere. Sometimes we ourselves are wrongdoer. We can blame some people for certain things. We must make those who do wrong to us be responsible for their wrongdoing. If we do not get the wrongdoers to take responsibility then we can blame ourselves too. If we caused the initial problem and we accept the blame and responsibility to right the wrong then we can move on.

Pain and suffering is a part of life. Nobody to blame it on. No use in blaming it on anything. Even happy people have gone through pain and suffering, just a part of life

Yes ofcourse all the time I used to blame others
Even now I try to point others
I'm a Hippocratic person.
Now I'm trying to change checking my own faults
my previous questions revel that.

When I was a teenager I used to blame God
Then It was Government

Later My destiny and Environment around me

Now looking back just thinking why I have done many things
foolishly.

So let us hope the best

If I have created my own sufferings and I am aware of it, Am I a fool to waste my time in blaming? I will simply correct my mistakes and end the sufferings!
