I don't like to give out inaccurate information, but this website seems pretty straight forward about Rev. 13.

Revelation chapter 13’s Who's Who

There are two beasts that play the key role in prophetic Bible prophecy. Although the beasts are described differently in the chapters of the books of Daniel and Revelation, these Scriptures are referring to one or the other of the TWO beasts.

The beast of Revelation 13:1 is seen in the book of Daniel as the fourth beast (Dan.7:7). He is one of the kings of the four kingdoms that will stand up out of the (single) nation (Dan.8:22). He is the "the other" (seventh) king, who must CONTINUE a short space (Re.17:10); a short space is three and a half years.

The beast of Revelation 13:11 is seen in the book of Daniel as "another little horn" (Dan.7:8). He is seen as "a king of fierce countenance, … . (Dan.8:23)" He is seen in Revelation chapter 17 as "a scarlet colored beast" once he sits in the temple of God showing himself he is God (2 Thess.2:4). He is "the eighth", who is of the seven, that goes into perdition (Re.17:11, Re.17:8, Re.19:20).

At the battle of Armageddon, the beast of Revelation 13:1 is seen as "the beast". The beast of Revelation 13:11 is seen as "the false prophet" (Re.19:20).

The beast of Revelation 13:1 has the number 666 (Re.13:17). It is the false prophet (Re.13:11) who sits in the temple of God showing himself he is God; it is he who magnifies himself (Dan.8:11, Dan.8:25, Dan.11:36-37).

(Daniel 2:44) “And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite;

this matches;
(Revelation 9:11) They have over them a king, the angel of the abyss. In Hebrew his name is A·bad′don, but in Greek he has the name A·pol′lyon.

this is Jesus.
Jesus is the angel of the abyss, the one with the key who locks up Satan for a thousand years.,
(Revelation 20:1-3) And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven with the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he seized the dragon, the original serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 And he hurled him into the abyss and shut [it] and sealed [it] over him, that he might not mislead the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After these things he must be let loose for a little while.

HE, Jesus, is Satan's enemy.

Now, IS Jesus ruler of God's ' Kingdom' ?

(Revelation 20:6) Happy and holy is anyone having part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years.

Jesus will not be lesser than these ones so his minimal standing will be as a King.

(Daniel 7:27) “‘And the kingdom and the rulership and the grandeur of the kingdoms under all the heavens were given to the people who are the holy ones of the Supreme One. Their kingdom is an indefinitely lasting kingdom, and all the rulerships will serve and obey even them.’

'Them' is Jesus and the 144,000.
(Daniel 7:14) And to him there were given rulership and dignity and kingdom, that the peoples, national groups and languages should all serve even him. His rulership is an indefinitely lasting rulership that will not pass away, and his kingdom one that will not be brought to ruin.

It is to Jesus that his Father, Almighty God, GIVES rulership and the Kingdom.
And it is the same Kingdom we pray for at;
(Matthew 6:9-10) “YOU must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.

LET YOUR KINGDOM COME...

REVELATION 13...The 'Wild Beast'...A combination of animal identities.
the BEAR....Russia.?
the LION....England?...significant
Who is ' the Dragon' ?
(Revelation 12:9) So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.

It is Satan, who 'rules' the earth and is the 'god' of this system
(2 Corinthians 4:4) among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

(Revelation 12:12) On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”

Further proof that satan has control of this world is this. Could Satan have offered ' all the Kingdoms of the world' to Jesus for one act of worship...if he did not 'own' them?
Back to Rev. 13...
The wild beast is a combination of all the main government powers of the earth. Each nation gives power and finance to it. It is the current United Nations. When trouble arises it is the U.N. that sends in troops, in blue berets, and white vehicles. Even though the troops are from various countries, they are not in those countries uniforms. they are recognised as U.N. TROOPS.
In this way, individual countries cannot be blamed for any problems that arise. All blame can be directed at the U.N.
