canada is a very safe country and the government here really takes care of its people. ive lived here my whole life and not once did i feel unsafe because canada has few enemies. plus its so beautiftul here... mountains towards the west and the oceans and beaches to the east. and in the middles, there are prairies. personally, eastern canada is my favorite because the population is lower. theres plenty of jobs, but the easiest place in canada to get a job is out west, like alberta or british columbia, but cost of living is more.

Jackey, they are not all citizens who were born here. These are children who are also as illegal as their parents. Their parents drag them here illegally, putting their life in danger and then sponge of our educational system. As a teacher, I see it daily and it is not as bad in my district as in some surrounding districts. We pay for two meals a day. Classes for our children are being cut to provide for illegals, especially the non-English speaking ones. Teachers are losing jobs because of the cost of these illegals. Just because they are anchor babies is no excuse when the parents are criminals. They should be stripped of citizenship. We are also hurting in our schools because of the low test scores by illegal aliens. The lower the standardized test scores, the less money the school actually receives. Ask any teacher and they will tell you the same.

Try England, I am sure you will get a good secure job there. I hear the Labour Party are looking for a new leader. If you are not successful there try applying for the Lord Mayor of London's job.

it depends of what yo have to offer... in some countries there is a shortage of doctors... in another one nurses... some countries need more teachers....
... so I guess the best way to figure out an answer is to start an elimination process...
what languages can you speak?
where DON'T you want to live?
what education do you have?
what are your skills?
... this should significantly eliminate the country list into just a couple of countries...
...once you have your 'updated list' do some research in terms of job opportunities and standard of living...
check some of the following websites:
- national statical office - employment/shortage of skilled workers
- ministry of social affair/internal affair/employment... (or whatever the name is)

Singapore.
It has low crime rates, you can go out late at night and return home in perfectly one piece. And the country is welcoming foreign talents too.
