It sounds to me like you are in pain. Emotionally, Mentally, and possibly physically too. The best thing you can do is to realize that the feelings you have are there for a reason. They are not bad, and they do not make you weak or less of a person. If this something you think about a lot but havn't made any concrete plans I would suggest you try to get in to see a therapist. If you don't have insurance email me and I will give you the names of some people. If you are feeling suicidal right now, or have definite plans to go through with it, your local crisis hotline (such as netcare) and get yourslef immediately safe! Nobody likes hospitals but the point is to help stabalize you until you can get in to see a therapist.

I can sincerely, hand on heart say that I know how you feel, really, I'm not just saying that to make you feel you are not alone I'm saying it because I have been there and not so long ago but I am here to tell the tale. Please, please mail me and we will talk this through let me help you!! I dont care what has happened to you but life is the most precious give you will ever receive even though you do not feel this way right now it is true I promise you.
The best way to get over wanting to die sweetheart is to live! Regardless of what youthink or feel right now there are people out there that love and care for you with all their heart and soul who would be serioulsy devastated to loose you.

Good. You are unique. Everybody, after being born, wants to live. You are special because, you do not know how to live and you do not know how to die also. Is it not better that you know first how to live and then think of ways of killing yourself? I think you are desperate and dejected, fearful and defensive, Low self-esteemed and cowardly. I can help you solve these problems first. If you then feel that you have learned how to live, then you will not have any reason to think of death. " truth is not sometimes palatable." I agree. I suggest that there is no need to be desperate. Everybody has set backs in life. Dejection is not the solution. Come up and face life. You should not be afraid of facing the facts; which ever adverse way it affects you. Never go on the defensive as far as your matters are concerned. Try to develop high self esteem. YOU are special and you are unique so be proud of yourself. Never be afraid of anything. Learn to live the way that you can, the way most suitable to you forget about everything else. I can assure you that if you learn to live properly you will be afraid of dying. Live long my friend.

Please don't do anything to hurt yourself. I won't make silly comments like 'cheer up' or the like but will say I have been very very low myself and doubted things would ever get better but they have and I am happy now. You can be pretty sure you will feel better too and some positive action could be the way forward. Helping others, doing voluntary work etc is rewarding and gets you out to meet people and socialising is a great tonic. Try it.

If you are serious, seek professional counseling or therapy. Some days ARE terrible, but for all you know maybe tomorrow is meant to be the best day of your life... or the day after that. However, if you kill yourself, you will never know. See a doctor - make an appointment or check yourself in to a hospital immediately. You may have a case of clinical depression and need medication to fight it.

I have read your other posts and you really need help, hon. Do your parents have Medicare? Go to an emergency room even if they don't. If you are truly distressed you will be looked after (even by the evil Australian medical system!)You need to see someone ASAP. Try to get all thoughts of dying out of your head. Don't even consider it as an option. I have been there. If you are seriously thinking about harming yourself, please, please, please, be near someone who can watch over you (friend, family member, friends parents).

Go do something worthwhile like volunteering at an animal shelter or something to take your mind off this crap

oh ****. never do that because it doesn't answer your problems at all..... be happy. life is good and the journey is still on-the-go.. just pray to God and ask for his wisdom... If you'll die, do you think you'd be happy???
