after collage i want to be a jet fighter but i dont know which to join because if i am going to join Us air force it would be a long process first i need tobe a Us citizen that would take minimum 5 years is it worth going this period of time.And if i'm going to joing the Ghana air force it will take 1 year, so which is better? or which one is worth joing

I would not suggest joining the Ghana Air Force. It has fewer than 50 aircraft, most of which are grounded for spare parts.
Only two of those are jets, and I don't know if any of them would be truly classified as jet fighters.
Your best bet if you are qualified in all respects is to get US citizenship and try to join the USAF, if that is where your interests lie. You might want to look at other countries with significant air arms who might be interested in recruiting and training a foreign citizen.
What you are trying to do is achievable but very difficult.

If you do a little research into the requirements and selection processes for USAF and Navy fighter pilots, you will see how competitive it is, and how you, as a forgiener, stand no realistic chance.
If they got some jets for you to fly in Ghana, well, theres your answer.
