What are the differences between regional spring waters?

There are several regional divisions of Nestle water, what are some of the noticable taste differences? These divisions include: Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, Poland Spring, and Zephyrhills.

Where it is from is a difference and the price. Its all pretty much the same stuff anyway!

Very little difference. By the time they have filtered and ozoneated they are all about the same.
