Creationists know that the theory of evolution contradicts itself, there are no intermediate species in the fossel record, fossels (and the earth) are only a few thousand years old, carbon dating is bunk, it's mathematically impossible for life to have developed from simple molecules, and the second law of thermodynamics absolutely disproves evolution.

So why has nearly every scientist in the world, joined in this vast, evil conspiracy to preach evolution and the old earth theory? Why do they spend millions of dollars that they get from the government to "study" fossels and biology and geology, but lie and make up "facts?" Why do these highly trained scientists from biology, geology, archaeology, mathematics, and even astronomy weave their lies together to make them work with the lies told by scientists from other fields? Why do they use this phony "carbon dating" just to attack Christianity and creationism?

Could they know something the religious creationists don't? Hmmm...

Some of the answers I got are much funnier than the question! Some people are so blinded by "faith" (in the wrong things) that they don't recognize satire, and just have to defend their irrational beliefs to the point of absurdity.

Drat those evil scientists who have discovered how to cure diseases caused by invisible bacteria, who have found medicines to cure "demon possessed" people, who have landed spacecraft on Mars and created computers, televisions, microwave communications and jet aircraft.

They know nothing, and are only tools of Satan used to attack the Bible, Christianity, and Creation itself.

The sad part is that the zealotry and closed-mindedness of those who take the Bible literally, who fight harder for their creation myth than they do to spread Christian love and tolerance, is much more absurd and ironic than this question.

Christians and Christianity are NOT BAD. The ignorance they cling so desperately to, and their efforts to replace science with it, is.

Maybe I am starting to be converted to fundamentalist evangelica Christianity after all, having read some of these answers. Reading what was written by faith, gwhiz1052, hisgloryisgreat, kwazeeme, prophet john and others makes me say, "Oh, my God..." (after I finish laughing) as I throw my head back and roll my eyes. Isn't self-imposed ignorance amazing?

I'll start with what a government is. Democracy, for example, is based on the myth of the social contract. You give up some of your freedoms in exchange for protection of your rights. Mythology is a public liturgy. It positions people for right spiritual action in this life or the next. The word "experiment" is related to the word "experience" which means "ex peril." To what extent does science get people out of trouble, or to what extent does it provide a religion for people so that they feel like they've hedged their bets to the best of their ability? The government represents, in a democracy, the way by which citizens impose positive law on a state of nature, which could be termed "the war of all against all", as Thomas Hobbes did.

The Bible argues that everybody has a conscience (Romans 2:15) and that there is such a thing as righteousness and wickedness. Righteousness, in 2 Timothy 4:3-5 necessarily rejects the mythological educational method - "gathering many teachers."

The integration of various philosophies in the mythological framework is via psychic images according to Mache, to the best of my understanding. The reason behind spending of government funds on mythological purposes is obvious. Mythology began when homo sapiens became homo necans, man the killer, according to Karen Armstrong, in "A Short History of Myth." Thomas Hobbes thought that international relations were much like the individual would behave in the state of nature. It's not to destroy Christianity, though, because it couldn't.

Heres a pratical answer.
We need scientist and this giant movement
of hate generates jobs for that certain
percentage of the scientist who keeps the
rage going.
Like why do we go to the moon because its there.
Why is most of the research going on out
yonder? So people can get paid by coming
up with more theories and more projects
to tell you youre wrong.
If we actually found something that made sense, and god did create the universe do you think anyone would even mention it.
No we got to eat.

Mainly cause it's fun.
Reality is what you can get away with. It's created by consensus.
People love to play games and in order to have a game you need two sides at least. Creationists don't fear extinction. The evolutionists need you as much as you need them.
Of course we could all find some middle ground like -- God started things off with a bang and then let nature take it's course. The 7 days of creation could have lasted billions of years etc.
But then there'd be no game. What fun would that be?

When we were created, God gave us the ability to think and dream and create. Science and technology are things we created and developed from the minds God gave us. Both can be used as tools and weapons. We can use the great minds we have to work for God or to work for own selfishness and glory. Also as they are tools and weapons the devil has access to them. He can use what we've created against us and to turn us away from God because that is his only plan. He looks only to steal kill and destroy by whatever means available. And science and technology backed by money can be very deceiving and damaging. We should be using science to prove the Bible right. That would be money and time and abilities well used. In fact there are many scientists who spent their whole lives trying to prove the Bible wrong but gave up because of the flaws in the theories that other scientists swear by. Science is a tool and it can easily be used for both good and evil. Good question. You're right on the money.

Alright then. And I'm sure the pepper moths and Lucy's misplaced foot also disprove evolution. It's all an atheist plot, isn't it? All of that learning and objectivity and science to improve the condition of humankind, what a waste.

I'm also humored by how others take your satire.

Hahahahahahahhaha. Taking a breath.....Hahahahaaa. Someone actually responded with, "Jesus will return in the clouds for His Bride".

Also, Gwhiz says in her profile that her own son was resurrected from the dead. Wow.

These responses are priceless!

LOL. Yes, All science is fake. It has all been a plan for a very long time to make up things just to disprove the bible. All scientists are in direct contact with Satan. He tells them all what to "discover" next.

Then why are there Christian scientists? Pick up a book once in a while, or at least a magazine. You can thumb through a Discover magazine can't you?

It is prophesied by Elijah, Isaiah, Daniel, Malachi, and all through the New Testament that it will only get more absurd and without a jot or a tittle of proof to substantiate it, but that will not stop them from spouting their "intellect" theories nor stop people from blindly accepting it as truth.

But thankfully Jesus will return in the clouds for His Bride (living Christians) before it goes to the next level, which will be global anarchy.
