You can make peppermint syrup. And then mix it with your hot chocolate and add whip cream on top. I love that. Or you can make peppermint Mojito (rum, pepermint leaves, lime, soda water) too. Yum....

Try a little mint in some fruit salsa. Raisins or grapes, apples, pears, nuts, cherries, or whatever you can think of with a little fresh mint. Serve with flour tortillas baked in the oven to make crispy. Brush with butter, add cinnamon sugar, and dive in!
Or make a dip with yogurt and mint. I also like the lamb meat one above!
I use mint in water to make a fresh-tasting water when I get tired of plain water. Just let it sit for a few minutes with ice. And you can add it to juices for a unique flavor.

people in the South use mint in mint juleps and strong, sweet, iced tea (homemade of course) Sorry , I don't have the recipe for the juleps and the mint is crushed in the tea in small amounts and then is used as a garnish in either drink.

As far as food goes, mint goes really well with lamb. Chop up a couple leaves and drop it in. It also freshens up any dessert you have.

Please work on your grammer-this question is nearly incomprehensible.
Mojitos, mint juleps, mint leaves in iced tea.
