Maybe I can magically tell her I like her. I know two things about her: One shes hot, Two I can imagine me being with her, and three I only remember her first name. I know this question is wierd but I can dream right? Plus maybe it is possible, anyone have any ideas on how this could work?

This really is a cute question. Of course you can dream and in that dream you can talk to her and ask her questions.
However, the answers from her will really be from your mind.
But at least it will break the ice, in your mind and make it easier for you to approach her in real life.
Does this make sense?

Personally, I've never even thought of doing this or heard of anyone attempting it..
You sound like a really creative person.
Maybe if you focus REALLY hard, it could work, but I wouldn't put too much faith in it.
Maybe if you have a mutual friend, you can get her phone number or find out her last name so you can look up her phone number. Then you guys could go out or something and get to know each other better.

It's possible, but unethical to seek to influence a person in that way, bad Karma....No guts, no glory, get over your shyness, take her off the pedestal, and try to get to know her as a person, then work up to telling her you like her and would like to ask her out.... if you can't cough up the nerve to talk to her, then move on...
