Saving it as an outline or rich text file only works if all the text on a slide is within the same wordbox. My problem is that my presentations have text in multiple wordboxes on each page. So copying and pasting out of each wordbox is too time consuming.

Please, only respond if there is a way.

You might try this
Set up a new printer using the description for a generic/text only printer. This will be like you were printing to a typewriter or teletype. Then when it asks for a port, specify that it is to print to a file. Each time you print, it will ask for a file name; give it one with a txt extension.
[My experience with using the print to file check box on the print dialog for other printers is that it only creates special prt files.]
When you print to the file, all of the font and formatting information is lost because it is text only. How the printer driver handles the various wordboxes is something I don't know.
Another possibility is to do Ctrl-A to select all, then Ctrl-C to copy, then switch to Notepad and do Ctrl-V to insert (paste) Since Notepad only does text, everything else gets stripped out, sometimes leaving a mess.

i anticipate you have the text cloth content cloth you like on your slides in be conscious. in case you in basic terms reproduction and paste into the easily slides, you will the two finally end up with each and all the text cloth on one slide or could repeat and paste each little bit of text cloth into that's very own slide. attempt this rather - pass to the domicile tab in PowerPoint --> New Slide (pulldown close to the left area) --> pull it down and choose Slides from define --> browse on your be conscious checklist --> hit Insert. PowerPoint will take a guess at a thank you to interrupt out the checklist into slides (by utilizing paragraph marks, i think of). you may then pass to the define view (in the traditional artwork view with the slide miniatures on the left area, seem on the nicely suited of the miniatures for the define tab and click on it). you may injury the strains, demote and sell them, and so on. to freshen up what is going on what slide. those are all in the slide grasp now, so which you place your formatting there.
