Do any of the narrow minded and ignorant christian/creationist fruitcakes here even know what an escape velocity is?
How much is it here on Earth?
What is the reason for it?

Clue: it's not in your bible, so is it all a lie..? Surely your pastor would know..

At sea level on Earth, escape velocity is about 11.2 kps. The speed needed to escape Earth's gravitational field diminishes as you get further from the surface. That is a grossly simplified answer as a complete answer would require taking you through some complex calculations.

In Christ's love,

An ignorant Christian/creationist fruitcake

When you stand before God's throne on Judgment Day and you say to Him "I just really didn't believe you were real!" He will tell you, you have no excuse for the proof of Me is everywhere." As He is throwing you into Hell with all the other arrogant puny men. You should fear God, He has the power over your very soul. Where will you spend your eternity? You still have a chance to be redeemed, better hurry though, you are not promised another moment.
