So this girl I know who is driving to my house right now, is not the smartest person I know, but she is very cute.
Of the 12 people she has slept with she claims 6 were rapes.
STD's aside, cause I am a big believer in latex.
Is it possible that what she is saying is true? Maybe a function of not too smart and very cute?
If not why would she say something like that?
I'm a really nice guy & I am not concerned in the least that anything I would ever do could ever be seen as rape.
That being said, half of her sexual encounters have been "rape", to be on the safe side do I need to print a "love contract" (sex release form) before I fool around with her?

If you are smart you will just say no and not have sex with her for your own safety. It could be that she honestly believes she was raped by those 6 people. Did she tell you the names of those 6 people? Would you want her saying your name as a person who raped her? Putting yourself in that position would make you dumb as a box of rocks don't you think? It doesn't give you too much to talk about when you say she is not the smartest person you know. Or, the statement of not too smart and very cute? This makes me also have to ask you how old she is? Could her age get you into trouble somehow? If you print a sexual encounters or "love contract," be physical evidence used against you? These are just a few things you need to think about before something happens you can't take back. It does sound like there is something wrong with this girl by the way you describe her. I am not trying to get hateful with you, and am not trying to hurt your feelings, just trying to help you get some insight. I would hope there would be someone who might try to help my Son if he asked.

Well yeah that sounds chancey. I mean I've known people who have been raped more than once and it was just random and the events weren't connected. But she sounds like maybe she doesn't want to take responsibility for her own actions, although some may be legitimate rapes. At least be careful and let her make the moves. Also, perhaps discussing this issue with friends etc so that it is known to others that you are concerned about this in case she tries to pull something on you.

She has to be putting herself into stupid situations to be getting raped that many times. And if she has gotten raped, most rape victims take their self out of any possible situation so it does not happen again. But to make sure with this chick,she does sound kinda loopey, theres really no harm in drawing up a contract, except for the fact it would make you look kinda dumb, but as you said she's not the sharpest tool in the shed so she might not even think twice about it. But just to be save and to keep yourself out of trouble, i would keep hands off.

She doesn't sound like a very stable person. How can anyone claim rape that many times. She must have a vivid imagination, or is looking for the wrong kind of attention. Play it safe and avoid this person. Can you write out a contract that will make her truthful?

Sounds like a crazy chick, be careful. I have met a few in my day. A woman being raped is a bad thing, but when you start consistantly hearing of one being raped then chances are something is up.
