I've read about card counting and i see why it could give you an advantage but the dealer can just shuffle the cards and you wont know whats gonna come out anymore... i dont get how people say you'll know if the deck is rich is 10's and Aces because if the deck is shuffled every round, it wont matter. i hope im making sense here. can someone please explain?

if they dont shuffle every round, then maybe they should. That would solve the card counting problem...

(1) Time spent shuffling is time the casino is still paying fixed costs (salaries, etc.) but not making any money. Casinos prefer to reduce how much time is spent shuffling.

(2) I have seen a case where the casino upon detecting a counter (me) has had the dealer shuffle between every hand which does make card counting ineffective. Of course, I was simply able to move to another casino. (Single-deck game)

(3) If they suspect counting in a multideck shoe game they cannot afford to shuffle every hand, but they will move the cut card so that the shoe is shuffled more often.

(4) They have other ways of trying to thwart card counting. If I play first or third base a floorman is likely to come over to talk to (distract) me. A fast dealer may be brought in with the idea that you cannot count that fast. (I find that a little insulting.) Don't forget the free booze!

When counts are in your favor you can bet higher. So if you are at a $25/$400 game, then you can start betting $25 and then go big when the time is right.

Also lets you make decision plays. Suppose there are a lot of high cards to come.

STAY 16 VS. 10 (Unless you can surrender)
Weak count you hit that
STAY 12 VS. 2 - Normally you hit that
INSURE WHEN YOU CAN - It is 2 to 1 and you have an edge now as more high cards are out

When it is low
HIT ALL 12s and 13 vs. 234 and 14 vs. 2
NEVER INSURE - only when it is a rich deck.
Don't double 10 vs. 234
Don't double 9 vs. 56

I have now not noticeable the performed playing cards positioned again into reside deck.. (but) Most on line casino's deal from a five-6 deck shoe.. gambling approx two/three of it. Making a gamers rely beside the point it that point. Finding a a million-two deck desk that offers over a million/two to two/three of the playing cards is infrequent. First time??? Go have a well time.. if the deck is on your desire (through the rely) positioned a little bit further available in the market and spot what occurs.. Good Luk....

Start at 0. Lets call 0 "the number in your head".. or just "the number"...

Every time you see 2 through 6 on any card you can see.. add 1 to the number...

Every time you see a 10 or a face card, or ace subtract 1

keep track of this number.. if the number gets high.. start betting more, because you have more of a chance to win. Basically it means the cards you want are more likely to come up soon..

Usually people have 2 different betters.. to not arouse suspicion, and one better will signal the "high roller" to the table to start betting more.

in casinos they dont shuffle the deck every round so you keep a tab on what cards came up if all 4 sevens come up you know there's not going to be any sevens til the deck get shuffled again (lol im watching the movie seven)
