Let's just say that his best chance of regaining a piece of the heavyweight crown is against Ibragimov. Holyfield is very old to be boxing right now. I think that he should go after Ibragimov right now. That is as close as he can get to the title. He should hurry before the title changes hands. even if he is granted a match against Sultan, it does not guarantee him a victory at all. In fact, he will be a heavy underdog. I think Holyfield should go for one last title shot, and if he loses, it's about time. He can't fight forever.

I doubt that Holyfield can beat WBO champ Sultan Ibragimov, although Ibragimov is not all that great himself. I think that Holyfield is done and should of hung em' up instead of putting himself through this comeback.

There's no way that Hollyfield should be able to win a fight against Sultan. But with the way todays heavyweights tend to have lackluster performances at times I would not be surprised if they fought and Sultan put on the kind of performace that he did against Ray Austin and the fight was either close or Hollyfield won the decision.

George Foreman and Larry Holmes took Evander Hollyfield in his prime to the brink, they lost but he had to work for it. So there is no reason why he can't push the boundaries and do really well against the WBO champion.

It's sad even to ask this question. Holyfield was one the great ones. Now he won't even compete against these sorry AZZes heavywieghts. I think he should fight Roy Jones Jr. because they are both over the hill and sad.

No. Holyfield is too old, and is punch drunk and shot. Sultan would best him.

Holyfield is well past his best even in this era of crass heavyweights.
